TEX MEX SMALL PLATES
On the third Thursday of the month we hold a themed small plates night at CSONS Shrewsbury. Each month is a different theme but centered around small plates and relaxed, informal dining.

This month we will be celebrating the Football World Cup with a Tex-Mex feast, inspired by two of the tournament hosts: the USA and Mexico! .
Here's what we shall be serving up:
Canapé:
Lamb Birria mini taco, salsa verde, pink onion, Brue Valley mozzarella
Small Plates:
Cornish trout aguachile, Dick's cucumber, Westlands sea herbs, chilli, melon salsa
Ludlow Farm skirt steak fajitas, Westlands tomato salsa roja, Shipton Mill flour tortillas, local queso
Roast Tuston Farm courgette, pumpkin seed mole, salsa matcha
Corn tostada, salsa falsa, charred gooseberry.
Hodmedods refried beans, Neals Yard crème fraîche
Pud:
Tequila” tres leche cake, BBQ peach, chilli caramel
