Welcome to CSONS Hereford, our most recently opened restaurant on the beautiful banks of the River Wye. The restaurant overlooks the river with a large roof top balcony to enjoy the views and local wildlife. Like our other restaurants we're open every day serving breakfast, coffee, lunch, tea, cakes and dinner on a Friday and Saturday night. Being based in Hereford we are surrounded by amazing growers and producers with whom we have built direct relationships. This close link with our suppliers means our menu changes with the seasons in reaction to what is available and at it’s best. Our food is different; we use the best locally sourced produce and treat it with the respect it deserves by creating simple, unpretentious, globally inspired and exciting dishes that shout about the ingredients, reflect the seasons and are full of flavour.
